Shipping policy

  SLATTS sells collectible plush toys on a pre-order model. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.


  PRE-ORDER: HOW IT WORKS

  Most SLATTS products are sold as pre-orders. This means your item is produced after you order it. When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your item from a limited production run.

  • Production + handling time: Pre-orders typically ship within 4 to 6 weeks of the order date (or, for a scheduled drop, within 4 to 6 weeks of the drop's stated closing date).

  • In-stock items, if any, ship within 2 to 5 business days.

  • Estimated ship windows are estimates, not guarantees. Production timelines can be affected by factory schedules, material availability, quality-control holds, customs, and carrier delays. If your order will be significantly delayed

  beyond the estimated window, we will notify you by email.

  • Each product page and your order confirmation will state the current estimated ship window. That product-page/confirmation estimate governs your specific order.


  ORDER CONFIRMATION & CHARGES

  • You are charged at the time you place your pre-order. This payment reserves your item and funds its production. This is standard for pre-order and made-to-order products.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder, then contact us at hello@slatts.com.


  SHIPPING TIMES & CARRIERS

  • Once your order is produced and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

  • Transit time after dispatch is typically 5–12 business days for US orders, depending on destination and carrier. International transit times vary.

  • We currently ship US-first. Availability of international shipping is shown at checkout. If a destination is not available at checkout, we do not currently ship there.


  SHIPPING COSTS, DUTIES & TAXES

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

  • For US orders, listed prices are in USD.

  • For any international orders we accept, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary by country; please check with your

  local customs office.


  ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by you.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an undeliverable address, or a failure to claim it, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.


  LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

  • Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to you. We are not liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will help you open a carrier investigation.

  • If tracking shows a package as lost in transit, contact us at hello@slatts.com and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.


  CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

  • To change your shipping address or other order details, contact hello@slatts.com as soon as possible. We can usually update details before an order enters production, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
