Refund policy

We want you to love your SLATTS collectibles. Because we operate on a pre-order / made-to-order model, this policy is specific — please read it before ordering. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS (CANCELLATION WINDOW)
• You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered production. To cancel, email hello@slatts.com with your order number.
• After the 24-hour window, or once your order has entered production (whichever comes first), the order is committed to production and can no longer be cancelled for a full refund, because we have begun manufacturing your item
specifically for you.
• This cancellation window does not affect your rights regarding defective or damaged items (see below).
DELAYS
• Pre-orders involve estimated ship windows, not guaranteed dates. A delay within or shortly beyond the estimated window is not grounds for a chargeback. If we expect a significant delay, we will email you.
• If your order is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the estimated ship window stated on the product page or order confirmation, you may request to cancel for a full refund by emailing hello@slatts.com. This is our good-faith commitment
to you and the fair remedy for extended delays.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We stand fully behind product quality. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong item:
• Contact us at hello@slatts.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the item and, if relevant, the packaging.
• We will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a full refund for the affected item. For valid defect/damage claims, we cover return shipping (or may not require a return at all).
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS
Because items are made to order and many are limited collectibles:
• We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges on opened items, mystery/blind boxes that have been opened, or used items.
• Unopened items in original, unused, resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping costs, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Email hello@slatts.com to request a return
authorization before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may not be processed.
MYSTERY / BLIND BOXES
• Mystery and blind-box products are sold as randomized, surprise items. The specific character or variant you receive is part of the product's design and is not grounds for a return, exchange, or refund.
• This does not affect your rights regarding genuinely defective or damaged items.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Opened mystery/blind boxes
• Used, washed, or damaged-after-delivery items
• Gift cards (if offered)
• Items marked "final sale"
HOW REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• After approval, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
• We will email you when your refund has been issued.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY SLATTS
We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if an item is unavailable, mispriced, cannot be produced, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will not be charged, or you will be fully refunded.
CHARGEBACKS
If you have any issue with your order — including delays or product concerns — please contact us first at hello@slatts.com. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us, on an
order that is within its stated pre-order timeline and otherwise compliant with this policy, may be disputed with the documentation provided to you at the time of purchase (including this policy and your order confirmation).
